Job summary

A leading property management firm in Mandaluyong seeks a General Accounting Specialist to maintain accurate financial records. The role involves general accounting activities, including bank reconciliation and reporting to management. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, have at least one year of accounting experience, and are proficient in spreadsheet applications. Knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards is preferred.

Qualifications

  • At least one year of general accounting experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and statutory reporting.
  • Must be amenable to report onsite at Tinio Mandaluyong City.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and recommend monthly adjusting journal entries.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations for major banks.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to correct erroneous entries.

Skills

Knowledge of finance and accounting principles
Financial data analysis
Proficiency in spreadsheet applications

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related business course
