JOB DESCRIPTION

The Finance Manager will oversee the company’s overall financial health, ensuring proper, timely financial reporting and advising stakeholders on how to maximize company resources. The role involves financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and developing strategies to increase profits and reduce losses.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Strategy
  • Provide expert financial advice and consultation to shareholders and top management.
  • Develop strategies to maximize the company’s profitability and minimize financial losses.
  • Analyze financial risks and opportunities and recommend business improvements.
  • Support long‑term financial planning and investment decisions.
Financial Reporting & Coordination
  • Coordinate with the accounting department and management to prepare accurate and timely financial reports reflecting the company’s status.
  • Ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Oversee financial analysis, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
Budgeting & Cost Management
  • Lead the preparation of annual budgets and long‑term financial forecasts.
  • Monitor budget utilization and control company expenditures.
  • Conduct variance analysis and guide management in decision‑making.
Compliance & Audit
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, BIR requirements, and internal policies.
  • Oversee audit activities and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
  • Maintain proper control and governance practices.
Leadership & Collaboration
  • Work closely with Accounting Managers, department heads, and senior management.
  • Lead financial meetings and present financial insights to management.
  • Support the accounting team in improving financial processes and systems.
Other Responsibilities
  • Safeguard the company’s financial data and maintain confidentiality.
  • Provide ad hoc reports and financial analysis requested by management.
  • Contribute to business development, project feasibility, and expansion planning.
