We are seeking a strategic and creative Inbound Marketing Manager to develop and implement comprehensive inbound marketing strategies and lead a team to grow TheBEAT.asia’s regional footprint, B2B partnerships, and subscription products. This role is critical to driving subscriber growth, increasing partner engagement with our Event and Deals, Spaces and Dining Passport products, and establishing TheBEAT.asia as a trusted authority in the regional lifestyle and hospitality sector.
Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business goals, targeting both consumer readers and hospitality/F&B business partners
Create compelling, high-quality content across multiple formats including blog posts, email newsletters, case studies, guides, industry reports, and social media content that attracts and nurtures target audiences
Conduct research and develop editorial calendars that address audience pain points, seasonal trends, and business objectives
Optimize all content for search engines (SEO) including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO best practices
Collaborate with design, product, and editorial teams to ensure brand consistency and cohesive storytelling across campaigns
Design and optimize landing pages, conversion funnels, and calls-to-action (CTAs) to convert website visitors into qualified leads and paying subscribers
Develop lead nurture campaigns (email sequences, retargeting, automated workflows) that guide prospects through the buyer's journey
Implement strategies to improve website conversion rates and reduce friction in the subscriber signup process
Work closely with the sales team to ensure qualified lead handoff and gather feedback for continuous optimization
Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact search opportunities for content topics related to dining, events, lifestyle, and venue discovery
Implement on-page SEO best practices across blog content, landing pages, and website copy
Monitor organic search performance, analyze rankings, and identify opportunities for improvement
Build content clusters and develop topic authority in key areas relevant to our audiences
Develop targeted email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotional campaigns, re-engagement campaigns) for both subscriber and partner audiences
Segment audiences based on behavior, preferences, and demographics to deliver personalized messaging
Set up and optimize marketing automation workflows using platforms like Mailchimp or similar tools
Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, click rates, conversions) and optimize based on data
Develop and execute social media strategies across key platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok) that align with audience preferences and business objectives
Create engaging social content that drives awareness, engagement, and traffic to website/subscription offers
Manage social media posting schedules, engage with followers, and monitor brand sentiment
Develop social media campaigns to support product launches, seasonal promotions, and partnerships
Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, subscriber acquisition cost (CAC), and email campaign performance
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM data, email platform metrics) to inform decision-making and strategy optimization
Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, email subject lines, CTAs, and content formats to continuously improve performance
Prepare monthly/quarterly marketing reports with insights and recommendations for the leadership team
Identify and nurture relationships with relevant food/beverage influencers, lifestyle bloggers, and industry partners who align with our brand values
Develop affiliate marketing or partnership opportunities to expand reach within the hospitality and lifestyle communities
Support co-marketing initiatives with restaurant, venue, and event partners
Stay current with trends in digital marketing, inbound methodology, SEO, and regional hospitality/F&B industry developments
Monitor competitor activities and marketing strategies to identify opportunities and best practices
Actively research and propose innovative marketing campaign ideas that differentiate TheBEAT.asia in the market
8-10 years of experience in inbound marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, or similar roles
Proven track record of developing and executing successful inbound marketing campaigns that drove measurable results (lead generation, conversions, traffic growth)
Strong proficiency in content creation and marketing with excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities
Hands-on experience with SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and analytics interpretation
Proficiency with CRM and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho, etc ) and marketing automation
Experience with Google Analytics and ability to interpret data and act on insights
Understanding of the inbound marketing methodology and buyer's journey
Familiarity with content management systems
Basic social media marketing experience and understanding of platform algorithms
Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience marketing to B2B SaaS or subscription-based platforms
Experience in the food & beverage, hospitality, or lifestyle media industry
Familiarity with CRM and email marketing systems
Experience with landing page builders
Knowledge of paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
Experience with marketing workflow automation and lead scoring
Portfolio of successful inbound marketing campaigns or content pieces
Basic understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or any related field
Preferred: Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline
Certifications in inbound marketing, digital marketing, or related areas are a strong advantage (e.g., HubSpot Inbound Certification, Google Analytics Certification, SEO certifications, Content Marketing certification)
Additional training in SEO, content strategy, data analytics, CRM systems, or marketing automation platforms is beneficial
