Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of accurate monthly financial statements

• Oversee cashflow forecasting, treasury, and banking transactions

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Review and strengthen internal controls and approval workflows

• Supervise the Accounting Supervisor and Accounting Assistants

• Coordinate with outsourced payroll and compliance providers

• Manage statutory compliance, including BIR, taxes, and audit requirements

• Review project cost reports and support pricing and profitability analyses

• Prepare financial dashboards and provide insights to senior management

Qualifications

• CPA preferred; strong non-CPA candidates may be considered

• Minimum of 7–10 years experience in accounting/finance

• At least 3–5 years supervisory or managerial experience

• Background in engineering, construction, EPC, or project-based companies is an advantage

• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax and BIR regulations

• Proficient in financial reporting, cashflow management, budgeting, and Excel

• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
