Job summary

A logistics company is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to manage import documentation and coordinate logistics operations. The ideal candidate will bring 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics, preferably in importation and documentation, and possess strong coordination and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office is required. This is an onsite role located in Pasig City, offering full-time employment from Monday to Saturday.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of Logistics experience, ideally in importation and documentation.
  • Experience in freight forwarding is an advantage.
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Finance, etc.).

Logistics Supervisor

📍 Onsite | Kapitolyo, Pasig City
📅 Monday to Saturday 8:00am to 5:00pm

As our Logistics Supervisor, you will ensure the smooth, accurate, and compliant processing of all import documentation and inbound shipments. You will coordinate closely with internal teams, external partners, and regional colleagues to keep our supply chain efficient, timely, and fully compliant with regulations.

What You’ll Do
Document & System Management
  • Manage and review import documents, permits, and internal records with accuracy and compliance.
  • Keep logistics and company systems updated with complete and accurate data.
Logistics Coordination
  • Coordinate daily with freight forwarders and logistics providers.
  • Monitor shipment status, resolve issues, and ensure timely release and delivery.
Regional & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Communicate with regional colleagues and manufacturing facilities on timelines and shipment readiness.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other functions for seamless operations.
Reporting & Data Storytelling
  • Turn logistics data into simple, easy-to-understand insights for Management.
  • Prepare dashboards, shipment summaries, and issue reports to support decisions.
  • Send shipment status updates to Management.
What You Bring to the Role

• Bachelor’s degree in any four‑year course.
• 3 to 5 years of Logistics experience, ideally in importation and documentation.
• Experience in freight forwarding is an advantage.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Finance, etc.).
