A Wellington secondary school is seeking an innovative and relationship-focused assistant leader for its English department. The ideal candidate will be a passionate English teacher and an NZ registered teacher, capable of collaborative work to support the college's values.

The successful applicant will have a strong understanding of the curriculum area and upcoming changes; be an innovative and successful English teacher who is both enthusiastic, engaging and relational; be able to work collaboratively with staff in support of equity and excellence and be able to demonstrate a commitment to the college's values. Applicants must be NZ registered teachers and be fully conversant with the NZ Curriculum and NCEA refresh process.
