Chefs needed across New Zealand. Roles include cooks, kitchen staff, front-of-house, and housemaids. Start ASAP for short-term contracts and ongoing arrangements. All applicants must have full and unrestricted working rights in New Zealand.
Responsibilities/Typical Roles
- Head Chef – Southern Area, NZ: start ASAP for a recurring contract, focus on bar food quality.
- Kitchenhand / F&B Attendant – Southern Area, NZ: 8-12 week contract, hotel setting.
- House Cleaner / F&B Assistant – Northern Region, NZ: ongoing agreement, hotel setting.
- FOH / Housekeeper – Southern Island, NZ: ASAP start for 2-3 month contract.
- Cook de Partie – Northern Area, NZ: 6-8 week contract, modern NZ pub cuisine.
- Cook de Partie – Waikato Area: ASAP start for 3-12 week contract, top-quality pub food (100-150 covers).
- Buffet Cook – Taranaki Region: 2-week agreement, club food (80-90+ covers).
- Cook – Wellington Region: 2-month contract, club-style food (200+ covers).
- Sous Chef – Canterbury Area: 6+ week contract, pub/moder n Australian-style food (~100 covers).
- Head Chef / Sous Chef – Marlborough Region: 4-8 week contract, pub/modern Australian design food (120 covers).
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience in hospitality roles appropriate to the position.
- Ability to start ASAP and commit to the specified contract length.
- Ability to work in NZ locations as listed.
