As a Support Worker, you'll be providing overnight support to individuals with complex needs, ensuring their safety and wellbeing while promoting dignity and independence. This includes managing risk, responding to individual care plans, and offering compassionate, person-centred support throughout the night. Your presence will provide reassurance and continuity of care, helping each person feel secure and respected. The role involves 74.5 hours per fortnight and mainly awake night shifts from 9pm to 7am. The pay range is $23.84-$29.10 per hour depending on relevant qualifications.
