Overview

Role

As the Project Management Craft Lead, you will provide hands on leadership and direction for Connexa's team of Project Managers. You are individually accountable for workforce planning and work allocation, hiring and onboarding, craft development, pastoral care and, along with the PMO, collectively responsible for developing and implementing project management disciplines that ensure our tower projects are delivered on time, in budget and ‘first-time-right'.

Another key focus of the role is identifying opportunities to improve the way we do things and the way we work together - you'll document and operationalise these continuous improvement initiatives, making sure project managers know what is expected of them and are fully trained.

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Project Managers
  • Oversee project delivery workforce planning and resourcing
  • Embed best practice project methodologies and ways of working
  • Champion a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and customer focus
  • Collaborate with engineering, property, and programme teams
  • Drive performance, wellbeing and engagement across your team
What you'll bring
  • Proven experience in Project or Programme Management - ideally in infrastructure, telco, utilities, energy or transport
  • Strong leadership skills with a servant-leadership approach
  • Deep understanding of PM tools and methodologies (Agile, Lean, Prince2 etc.)
  • Passion for people development and team culture
  • Data-savvy and insight-driven decision-making
