Descripción de la vacante
A well-known retail chain is seeking candidates for a full-time Retail Manager position in Penang, Malaysia. The role requires a minimum of SPM or a diploma/degree, fluency in Bahasa Melayu and English, and at least 1 year of experience in the retail/F&B industry. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and an ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Join us to maintain high standards of customer service and efficient store operations.
Formación
- Minimum SPM with retail manager experience or Diploma/Degree in any field.
- Required languages: Bahasa Melayu and English.
- At least 1 year of experience in the retail/F&B industry.
Responsabilidades
- Instil a high standard of friendly, professional customer service.
- Work with the Store Manager in staff employment and maintenance.
- Ensure efficient operation and organization of the shop.
Conocimientos

- Instil a high standard of friendly, professional customer service.
- Work hand in hand with the Store Manager in the employment of high caliber sales staff and the maintenance of adequate staffing levels.
- Implementation of an efficient in-store team work.
- Efficient organization and operation of the shop.
- Maintenance of sufficient stock level at all times.
- Minimum SPM with retail manager experience OR Diploma/ Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, and English.
- Pleasant personality with a strong drive and excellent in communication skills.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the retail / F&B industry.
- Good interpersonal & follow-up skills, adaptable and result-oriented.
- Possess outgoing personality, positive and high energy level.
- Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
