Job summary
A leading finance organization is seeking an FP&A Manager located in Petaling Jaya. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing monthly financial statements for Malaysia and Indonesia entities, leading budget forecasting processes, and evaluating retail store expansions. Applicants must have a degree in Finance along with ACCA certification, and possess strong financial reporting and analytical skills. This role provides an opportunity to impact strategic plans aligned with the organization's long-term goals.
Qualifications
- Possesses a Degree in Finance or Equivalent & ACCA.
- Experience developing financial reports and metrics.
- Strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly Financials for the Malaysia & Indonesia entities.
- Lead Budget and forecasting processes including Sales and Inventory Management.
- Anchor the feasibility of retail store expansion and renewal financial evaluations.

Education
Responsible for preparing monthly Financials for the Malaysia & Indonesia entities.
To prepare Quarterly Presentations for the Malaysia & Indonesia entities & conduct reviews with functional heads.
To Lead Budget and forecasting process – Sales, Inventory Management, Intake and Margins, Stock liquidationplanning, and corporate planning with the local cross functional teams and Corporate Finance.
To lead and anchor the feasibility of retail store expansion and store renewal financial evaluation process.
Work as a Business Partner and monitor the strategic plans which will have to be converted into Annual Operating Plans aligned with the company's long-term strategies.
Provide critical financial and operational information to the Finance Head and Management.
Responsible for developing strategic plans growth of the organization.
Oversee the development of the annual operating plan and costs management.
Responsible for monitoring and analysing monthly operating statements.
- Possesses Degree in Finance or Equivalent & ACCA (MUST)
- Experience developing financial reports and metrics.
- Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
