Job summary
A leading retail company in Johor is looking for a candidate to achieve sales targets and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have at least a minimum SPM or Diploma/Degree and experience in the retail or F&B industry. You will work closely with the Store Manager to maintain staffing levels and operations. Strong communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English are required, along with a friendly personality. Availability for shifts, weekends, and public holidays is necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM with retail manager experience or Diploma/Degree in any field.
- Fluency in Bahasa Melayu and English required.
- Pleasant personality with strong communication skills.
- At least 1 year of working experience in retail/F&B industry.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets set.
- Provide professional customer service.
- Assist Store Manager in staffing and operations.
- Organize and maintain efficient shop operations.
- Ensure sufficient stock levels at all times.
Skills
Education
- Achievement of sales target set.
- Instil a high standard of friendly, professional customer service.
- Work hand in hand with the Store Manager in the employment of high caliber sales staff and the maintenance of adequate staffing levels.
- Implementation of an efficient in-store team work.
- Efficient organization and operation of the shop.
- Maintenance of sufficient stock level at all times.
- Minimum SPM with retail manager experience OR Diploma/ Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, and English.
- Pleasant personality with a strong drive and excellent in communication skills.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the retail / F&B industry.
- Good interpersonal & follow-up skills, adaptable and result-oriented.
- Possess outgoing personality, positive and high energy level.
- Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
