Job summary

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in food safety management systems and a strong understanding of food production processes. - Able to do planning for realization of safe food production.
- Experience working in a laboratory environment (microbiological tests, equipment and budgeting) is an added advantage.
- Possess working knowledge of federal and state regulations applicable to food processing/ catering.
- Possess decisive analytical mind in risk assessment in food safety.
- Possess leadership and task planning skills and able to work under pressure
