Senior Site Inspector – Property Development
Job summary
A leading property development company in Seberang Perai is seeking an experienced Inspector of Works to ensure site inspections comply with approved drawings and project standards. The successful candidate will have at least 7-8 years of experience in the property development or construction industry, hold a relevant qualification, and be registered with CIDB as an Inspector of Works. This role requires strong technical knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7-8 years of relevant working experience in property development and/or construction industry.
- Registered with CIDB as an Inspector of Works (IOW).
- Familiar with reviewing and interpreting technical drawings.
Responsibilities
- Carry out site inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings.
- Monitor workmanship quality and construction methods.
- Prepare reports on site activities and work progress.
- Liaise with consultants and contractors to clarify design intent.
