As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve our ambitious sales targets. • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow revenue and market share
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team
• Set sales targets and goals, and monitor team performance to ensure they are met
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including building relationships with key customers and partners
• Analyse sales data and market trends to inform decision‑making and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows

• Proven track record of success in a sales management role, preferably within the sales industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Proficient in data analysis and using sales performance metrics to drive decision-making
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
