Job summary

A multi-national company located in Kulai, Johor is hiring a Quality Engineer. In this role, you will manage Quality Control processes including Incoming, In-Process, and Outgoing checks. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Mandarin is necessary to liaise with stakeholders from China. We offer transport allowance, medical coverage, and a balanced work life with team bonding activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly line environment; fresh graduates are also acceptable.
  • Good trouble shooting skills and ability to provide solutions.
  • Able to speak, read, and write in English/BM; proficiency in Mandarin is required.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement Incoming, In-Process, and Outgoing Quality Control.
  • Serve as a liaison for customer service and complaints.
  • Track finished goods performance and drive quality improvements.
