Job summary
A rapidly expanding beverage brand in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced individual to oversee fit-out projects for F&B outlets. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in a relevant field, with 2–3 years of experience managing projects, contractors, and ensuring compliance with brand standards. Key skills include strong coordination and communication abilities. The role includes travel to multiple sites and knowledge of AUTOCAD is preferred. - Oversee end-to-end fit-out projects for F&B outlets, from planning to handover.
- Coordinate with HQ design team, contractors, landlords, and local authorities.
- Ensure design, materials, and finishes meet brand standards and compliance requirements.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control.
- Handle MEP coordination (electrical, air‑con, plumbing, exhaust, etc.) and kitchen setup.
- Conduct site inspections, testing, and final handover to operations team.
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in F&B or retail fit‑out projects. Experience in dealing with contractors and mall operators will be added advantages.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Able to read drawings and manage contractors effectively.
- Knowledge of MEP works, authority submission, and safety standards.
- Preferably knowledge of AUTOCAD software.
- Willing to travel frequently and handle multiple sites simultaneously.
