Candidates should have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and experience in CNC and polishing techniques, with a background in MNC preferred. Innovate, re-engineer, and develop manufacturing processes and systems to best suit product requirements. Conduct simulation and optimization to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Drive continuous quality improvements, both dimensionally and functionally, for products and processes. Ensure adherence to customer's product quality requirements and achieve a stable and high-yielding process.
Optimize glass production processes using the 5M approach (Man, Machine, Material, Method, Measurement) to enhance efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
Perform cost-down and value engineering activities to establish cost-effective production processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Perform statistical and technical analysis on production failures, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to improve production capability.
Improve process efficiency and cost through automation and IT initiatives, ranging from minor to major automation projects. Explore opportunities to leverage technology for process optimization.
