We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team at Mualamat Biz Capital Sdn Bhd. As our Senior Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation for our financial services company. This is a full-time position based in Butterworth, Penang.

1. Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine optimisation (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
2. Continuously optimise digital marketing campaigns to improve performance and return on investment (ROI)
3. Analyse website analytics and customer data to identify trends and insights, and use these to inform and refine digital marketing strategies
4. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a cohesive and effective digital presence that supports the company's overall marketing and business objectives
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and implement innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge
6. Manage and optimise the company's website, including content creation, site structure, and user experience
7. Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing regular updates and recommendations to the management team

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within the financial services or B2B industry
• At least 2 years of experience with paid advertising
• Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret website analytics and customer data
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing best practices
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools
• Proficient in using multimedia design tools, such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw and others
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
