Responsibilities
  1. Leading and Developing a High-Performing Team: Inspire and lead a team of digital marketing, brand, and communication professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment to drive success.
  2. Growth Marketing: Develop and implement growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Utilize data-driven approaches to identify opportunities for scaling marketing efforts.
  3. Subject Matter Expert (SME): Become the go-to expert on all things brand and digital marketing related, steering the ongoing development of these initiatives across the company.
  4. Digital Marketing Strategy: Craft and execute dynamic digital marketing strategies that align with company goals, covering SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, and more.
  5. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize data-driven digital marketing campaigns that hit the target and deliver measurable results.
  6. Performance Management: Analyze campaign performance with analytics tools, providing insightful reports to senior management and highlighting key metrics.
  7. Content Strategy: Develop and implement engaging digital content strategies for websites, microsites, and other platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  8. Innovation: Stay ahead of the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, advocating for fresh ideas to keep efforts innovative and effective within the brand's tone and voice.
  9. Creative Design Feedback: Exhibit a keen eye for creative design and provide feedback on brand-building conceptual and design work from internal creative teams and agency partners.
  10. Strategic Thinking: Think strategically to make appropriate brand decisions while executing tactics effectively.
  11. Collaboration: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, product, and customer service, and collaborate with external partners as needed to ensure projects move forward on time and within budget and strategy.
  12. Communications Strategies: Oversee the development and execution of communications strategies, including issues and crisis management and outreach strategies.
  13. Media Relations and Executive Visibility: Build industry media relations and enhance executive visibility.
  14. Chief Writer and Editor: Serve as the chief writer and editor for the organization, responsible for speech writing, bylined articles, briefing materials, and press materials.
  15. Event Planning and Organization: Oversee the planning and organization of corporate events such as galas, townhalls, and conferences, creating engaging experiences and maintaining an event NPS above 80 points.

  • Proven working experience in Digital Marketing, Branding, and Communications, with at least 10-12 years of experience.
  • Expertise in identifying target audiences and devising impactful campaigns.
  • A deep understanding of the full marketing mix, including digital channels.
  • Knowledge and experience in MarTech.
  • Possess a creative mindset paired with strong analytical skills.
  • Data-driven thinking and a love for numbers.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and marketing best practices.
