Job Description: Retail Executive cum Digital Marketing
We are seeking a creative, data-driven Retail Executive cum Digital Marketing specialist to develop and execute innovative campaigns that drive brand growth and engagement. Join our dynamic team to optimize digital channels, analyze performance, and deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and guide customers through our product range to find the perfect watch to suit their needs.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing product display to showcase our watches.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through proactive engagement with customers.
- Assist with store operations and inventory management as required.
- Participate in product training sessions to stay up-to-date with our latest collections.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across social media, SEO/SEM, email, and organic advertising.
- Create engaging content (ads, emails, social posts) aligned with brand voice.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Meta & Google Analytics and other e-commerce platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Manage budgets, track KPIs, and conduct A/B testing to refine campaigns.
Requirements:
- Preferably with 2 years of experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably within the watch or luxury goods industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers; Mandarin speaking is preferred.
- A passion for the watch industry and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent product knowledge and the ability to provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers.
- Confident in handling cash and transaction processing.
- A positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude.
- Proven digital marketing experience with a strong understanding of content creation, social media trends, and audience engagement strategies.
- Passionate about social media or TikTok live sharing to attract potential customers.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools (social media platforms, SEO tools).
- Strong graphic design skills using Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, and other design tools for creating marketing content.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads, Meta Business Suite, and email platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
