Job Summary:

The Director of Brand and Communications is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing, branding, and communication initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth for the company's hospitality and property development portfolio. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of both the hospitality and real estate sectors, capable of aligning marketing strategy with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Brand Management

  • Develop and lead the overall marketing and communications strategy for hospitality and real estate projects.
  • Build and manage the corporate brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Position the company as a leader in luxury hospitality and innovative property development.

Marketing Campaigns & Execution

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, PR, events, and social media).
  • Oversee marketing efforts for hotel openings, property launches, and promotional events.
  • Manage and measure ROI of marketing activities across all channels.

Communications & Public Relations

  • Oversee all external and internal communications strategies, including media relations, press releases, and crisis communication.
  • Build relationships with media, influencers, and stakeholders to secure positive coverage and partnerships.
  • Lead content creation efforts, including website content, brochures, newsletters, and executive messaging.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Supervise digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and analytics tracking.
  • Oversee social media strategies to drive engagement and follower growth for both hospitality and real estate brands.

Team Leadership & Budget Management

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
  • Manage annual marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns and media spend.

Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with significant experience in hospitality and/or real estate development.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of branding, digital marketing, and public relations.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools.
