Job description

The Digital Marketing will be responsible for driving the digital marketing strategy of Boss Seven Engineering Sdn Bhd., including content creation, SEO, social media management, email marketing, and digital advertising. This role requires a combination of creativity, technical skills, and analytical thinking to build brand awareness and generate leads through various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns:

  • Design and implement digital marketing strategies to promote products and services.
  • Create and manage content across digital channels, including email, website, and blog.

2. SEO and SEM Optimization:

  • Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
  • Manage and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and etc

3. Email Marketing:

  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails.
  • Segment email lists and tailor content to drive engagement and conversions.

4. Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights.
  • Provide regular reports and recommendations to improve campaign performance.

5. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:

  • Work closely with the sales, design, and content teams to ensure marketing campaigns align with business goals.
  • Provide digital marketing insights to assist with product development and sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the engineering or industrial sector.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
  • Creative and strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data and improve campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of the engineering industry is a plus.
