Your Mission:
You will be accountable for planning and executing marketing activities to support launches and drive product brand awareness and engagement, achieving the company’s objectives and continuous market share growth.
Marketing and Trade Support:
- Lead a team of young and dynamic marketing professionals (Conventional, Digital, Social Media Customer Service, and Design) to drive all aspects of strategic marketing campaigns to strengthen product brand awareness and engagement, achieving company’s objectives and continuous market share growth.
- Create and implement 360-degree marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, TTL), including goal-setting, strategies, consumer optimization, and program execution across all media platforms, online and trade channels (MT and GT).
- Manage and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple social media platforms to drive brand presence and consumer interaction by strategizing a robust digital marketing strategy encompassing content creation, social media management, and online advertising, making necessary adjustments to optimize results.
- Lead the development and design of marketing collateral, including digital assets such as website content, social media visuals, and printed POSM, maintaining consistent brand identity to enhance customer engagement, recognition, and support sales and marketing efforts.
- Work closely with the sales team and trade business partners to ensure alignment of ATL, TTL, BTL activities, maximizing overall campaign impact and synergy.
- Coordinate joint initiatives with trade business partners to create a cohesive marketing strategy covering both consumer-facing and trade-facing activities.
- Oversee and manage e-commerce businesses with a significant online presence, working with upper management to develop online marketing strategies to grow these channels.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, operations) and external partners (agencies, media partners, digital vendors) to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation across channels.
- Track spending and campaign ROI, providing regular reports to upper management.
- Present marketing plans and results to upper management.
- Measure and evaluate campaign effectiveness using KPIs and generate reports with actionable insights for future strategies.
- Mentor and develop the marketing team to improve operations with best-in-class standards.
- Stay updated on competitors’ activities and consumer trends.
- Support other administrative duties as assigned by upper management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess a recognized university degree, preferably in Marketing or Business.
- At least 3-5 years’ relevant experience in Marketing and E-commerce, preferably in FMCG industry.
- Knowledgeable in digital and social media tools and advertising.
- Strong numerical, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in IT skills, especially MS Office; skills in design and photo editing software are an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Resourceful self-starter with a positive attitude, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of multi-tasking and delivering results under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Meticulous, organized, and task-oriented.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret numbers.
- Highly motivated, innovative, and creative thinker.
