Senior Associate - Customer Data Management (Contract)
Job summary
A leading logistics company is seeking a Senior Associate in Customer Data Management located in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. This full-time contract role invites fresh graduates to apply and requires proficiency in English and a Diploma or Degree. The responsibilities include ensuring timely completion of requests and system updates while working under pressure. Candidates with knowledge in Billing and Business processes and MS Office, especially Excel, are preferred.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in English (verbal and written).
- Must possess at least a Diploma or Degree.
- Knowledge in Billing and Business processes is preferable.
- Good Knowledge of MS Office, including strong command of MS Excel.
- Demonstrate a high level of commitment, energy, resilience and tenacity.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all CMF requests received from Business Partners are completed.
- Ensure all Tariff requests received from Business Partners are completed.
- Ensure system updates are completed.
- Support GPI and SPA updates.
- Solve queries timely and recommend process improvements.
- Work on own initiative under pressure to achieve team KPI.

- Ensure all CMF requests received from Business Partners are completed.
- Ensure all Tariff requests received from Business Partners are completed.
- Ensure system updates such as reference data, fuel surcharge, RARG received from Business Partners, Area or Regional office are completed.
- Ensure all CMF mass updates are completed and support GPI and SPA updates.
- Actively and aggressively solve queries in a timely manner, recommend process improvements to the senior, and execute billing processes in accordance with SLA’s to achieve strategic objectives.
- Work on own initiative, under pressure and according to prescribed deadlines to achieve team KPI and ensure timely update, implementation, and compliance with all SOPs and IC.
