We are looking for Language Interpreters:

Period of Employment: Permanent / Open to Malaysian Citizens or Thais only

Working Hours: 40 hours per week / based on schedule / (Permanent night shift)

Work Station: Work from home

Job Requirements:

• Excellent English and fluent in native language (reading & writing)
• Speak clearly in both languages with proper pronunciation, enunciation, and polite expressions
• Malaysian Nationals and Thais / Permanent residents with sound knowledge of both languages
• Must be able to work from home for 9 hours according to schedule (shift between 8pm – 8am for Malaysians, 7pm - 7am for Thais, including a 1-hour break)
• Own a stable home internet connection (minimum 5MB download and 1MB upload speed)
• Own a mobile phone (Android version 6 and above or iOS 12 and above)
• Willing to work permanent night shifts, including public holidays and weekends

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: RM 30 per hour / approximately RM 5200 per month (Thai Baht will be converted)
• Benefits: EPF, SOCSO, 12 days annual leave, sick leave, hospitalization leave, medical coverage, and insurance
• Entitled to 2 days off per week, rotating any day
• Public holidays and off days as per country served (US)
• Paid replacement leaves

Job Description:

• Answer calls promptly and conduct interpretation in a friendly and professional manner
• Render accurate meanings according to established interpretation protocols, avoiding omissions or additions
• Speak clearly in both languages with proper pronunciation and polite expressions
• Maintain professionalism throughout the call
• Be punctual and available during scheduled work hours
• Follow client instructions and protocol to meet expectations, avoiding interaction with LEP without permission
• Purely interpretation (English to native language and vice versa)
