We are seeking a highly organized and data-driven Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, eager to optimize marketing processes and drive efficiency within the SaaS/AI sector. The candidate will play a pivotal role in managing our marketing technology stack, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring data integrity.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of marketing automation, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Marketing Automation Management: Configure, manage, and optimize marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to support lead generation and nurturing campaigns.

• CRM Integration & Management: Ensure seamless integration between marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), maintaining data accuracy and consistency.

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports, analyzing campaign performance and providing actionable insights to improve marketing ROI.

• Marketing Technology Stack Management: Evaluate, implement, and manage marketing technology tools, ensuring effective utilization and integration.

• Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

• Campaign Support: Provide operational support for marketing campaigns, including list management, campaign setup, and performance tracking.

• Data Integrity & Compliance: Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to align marketing operations with overall business objectives.

• Experience: At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and marketing operations.
• Technical skills:
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills using tools like Power BI or Looker Studio.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology (martech) stacks.
  • Experience with data management and data integrity practices.
• Soft skills:
  • Excellent communication skills; must be proficient in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Preferred Experience:
  • Work experience in a multinational organization is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of contributing to successful marketing operational efficiency and marketing automation projects.
