Job summary
A Malaysian company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to direct internal operations and strive for operational excellence. You will be responsible for developing strategic plans, overseeing finance and HR, and driving business development while reporting directly to the Managing Director. Ideal candidates are dynamic leaders with a proven track record in operations and strategy execution. This role is onsite and caters to local and native Malaysian applicants only.

Skills
The COO directs, administers, and coordinates the internal operational activities of the organization in accordance with policies, goals, and objectives established by the Managing Director (MD) and the Board of Directors.
The COO also assists the MD in developing company policies and goals related to sales, operations, personnel, financial performance, and the growth of key business units.
