A growing FinTech company in Johor Bahru is looking for a Bookkeeper to manage financial transactions and support the finance team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, proficiency in Mandarin and English, and 1-2 years of related experience. Responsibilities include maintaining financial records, managing schedules, and assisting with audits. Accurately record daily financial transactions and maintain the general ledger.
Manage financial schedules, payment tracking, reconciliations, and reporting deadlines.
Reconcile bank statements, invoices, and financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Maintain and organize financial documents in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Support audits, prepare reports, and handle other finance-related tasks as needed.
Assist senior finance team members and collaborate with other departments to support business operations.
