A growing FinTech company in Johor Bahru is looking for a Bookkeeper to manage financial transactions and support the finance team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, proficiency in Mandarin and English, and 1-2 years of related experience. Responsibilities include maintaining financial records, managing schedules, and assisting with audits. Responsibilities
- Accurately record daily financial transactions and maintain the general ledger.
- Manage financial schedules, payment tracking, reconciliations, and reporting deadlines.
- Reconcile bank statements, invoices, and financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and organize financial documents in compliance with company policies.
- Assist senior finance team members and collaborate with other departments.

- Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, MIA) are an added advantage.
- 1–2 years of experience in bookkeeping or finance roles preferred.
- Fresh graduates with a strong academic background are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in the FinTech industry is a plus.
- Proficient in both Mandarin and English (spoken & written). We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Familiarity with Xero or similar accounting software is highly preferred.

- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
