A technology hub in Malaysia is seeking a Corporate Communication Manager to enhance its reputation and stakeholder engagement. The Corporate Communication Manager is responsible for leading and managing KTPC’s overall corporate communication strategy to enhance the organisation’s reputation, visibility, and stakeholder engagement. This role oversees strategic communication planning, media relations, digital communication, corporate branding, publications, and high‑impact event management. The position also plays a critical leadership role in guiding the Corporate Communication team, developing its capabilities, and ensuring effective execution of departmental KPIs.
Lead the development, execution, and continuous refinement of KTPC’s corporate communication strategy to support organisational priorities and long‑term positioning.
Translate communication strategies into actionable plans that strengthen KTPC’s brand identity and stakeholder trust.
Provide strategic counsel to the CEO, senior leadership, and internal departments on communication risks, messaging, and public-facing narratives.
Oversee departmental KPI design, monitoring, and achievement.
Plan, manage, and evaluate internal and external corporate communication campaigns—including branding, image-building initiatives, and public relations programmes.
Lead communication efforts for major initiatives such as corporate anniversary, strategic infrastructure and investor-related projects
Ensure consistent brand identity, tone, and visual standards across all KTPC communication materials.
Oversee the production of high-quality written and multimedia content including, Press releases, corporate articles, infographics, video scripts, website and digital content
Lead editorial planning and manage corporate publications such as the KHTP Diary, ensuring content accuracy, relevance, and visual consistency.
Review and approve all corporate messaging prior to dissemination.
Build and maintain strong relationships with mainstream media, industry journalists, and strategic communication partners.
Lead and manage media interviews, press coverage, media briefings and official announcements.
Act as the communication lead during public-facing events or situations requiring corporate response.
Monitor and analyse media coverage to support reputation management.
Develop communication strategies, materials, and digital assets for major corporate and government-linked initiatives, including high-value investor engagement and Industry development programmes.
Ensure communication governance, alignment, and message accuracy for all strategic projects.
Lead the planning and execution of KTPC’s official events such as corporate ceremonies, annual celebrations and community engagement programmes.
Ensure events achieve engagement targets, deliver strong brand impact, and comply with KTPC standards.
Oversee the preparation of post-event reports, KPI achievement summaries, and communication impact assessments.
Ensure high-quality documentation for audit compliance, governance, and continuous improvement.
Drive KTPC’s digital presence through a structured content calendar, social media strategy, and performance analytics.
Oversee paid advertising campaigns and digital promotions for major milestones and announcements.
Expand digital reach, engagement, and follower base across key platforms (e.g., Facebook).
Lead the Corporate Communication team, including supervision, coaching, and performance management.
Manage departmental budgets, vendor relationships, procurement, and resource allocation.
Strengthen team capability through training, mentoring, and structured development programmes.
