  • Serve as the primary contact for customer relations, maintaining communication and incident reporting.
  • Directly manage and lead the team, handling disciplinary actions and performance reviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires and ensure compliance with licensing requirements.
  • Verify calibration and operational readiness of security equipment.
Requirements
  • Minimum of seven years of relevant security experience, including three years in management.
