LOCATION: SOUTHGATE COMMERCIAL CENTRE, KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA
ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES:
We are seeking a persuasive Senior Executive, Commercial with strong selling, communication, and closing skills. The Commercial Executive will be responsible for calling, pitching, closing, and servicing existing partners.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN:
Managing a portfolio of partner accounts, you will:
● Meet daily productivity targets for vendor sales calls to promote assigned products.
● Be sales-oriented and resourceful to achieve KPIs.
● Handle vendor objections following set guidelines.
● Record calls, sales, and relevant information accurately in the CRM system.
● Actively check and respond on the company’s collaboration platform.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE:
● Comfortable making outbound calls via digital tools over extended periods.
● Open to fresh graduates; previous telesales experience (up to 1.5 years) is an advantage.
● Proficient in English; additional skills in Mandarin or Cantonese are a plus.
● Strong relationship-building skills, target-oriented, resilient, team player, eager to learn.
● Quick learner, adaptable to operational changes.
