Job summary
A leading insurance firm in Kuala Lumpur is looking for an HR Service Delivery Executive on a contract basis. The role involves processing the monthly payroll for around 500 employees, managing statutory contributions, and handling various HR operational tasks. Candidates should have at least a Bachelor’s degree and a year of experience in HR or payroll processing, though fresh graduates may also apply. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field, but fresh graduates are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process monthly payroll for approximately 500 employees.
- Generate payroll-related reports and handle statutory contributions.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and updates to the employee database.
