HR Service Delivery, Executive(Contract)

To ensure that the employees’ monthly payroll are paid correctly and on time. Performs all activities necessary to process payrolls, including maintaining related records, filing tax reports, preparing accounting transactions and documents, and preparing special reports for management.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the preparation and processing of the monthly payroll for approximately 500 employees on the Boss iNet system (This includes the entire cycle of payroll processing from capturing of new employees, resignees, leave, overtime, allowance and claims).

Preparing payroll related reports to relevant parties and generating statutory contribution/payment (e.g. LHDN, KWSP, PERKESO, HRDF, PTPTN, ASN, Tabung Haji, etc.) within the stipulated timeline.

Handling of day-to-day HR operational such as employee transfer, probationary confirmation review, employee resignation, festival advance application, employee hire purchase subsidy application, employee insurance declaration and etc within the stipulated time frame.

Conducting employee background screening to respective relevant parties within 15 working days from date of receipt.

Maintenance of employee database in HRMS and personal files

Attend to other HR related task as assigned by superior and Head of HR.
