Job summary

A local restaurant in Johor Bahru is seeking staff to ensure exceptional service in food and beverage delivery. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining service guidelines, and training team members. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in a relevant field, be willing to work shifts including weekends, and have the ability to communicate in Mandarin. A non-Halal work environment is expected.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Food and Beverage or Service Line.
  • Must be able to work 6 day shifts including weekends and public holidays.
  • Ability to converse in Mandarin preferred.
  • Able to work in a Non-Halal workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure tables and serving of food & beverage to guests at an excellent level.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Ensure smooth daily opening and closing operations.
  • Ensure staff adherence to service guidelines and standards.
  • Attend to customers' requests courteously and accurately.

Ensure tables, serving of food & beverage to guests in excellent level

Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets achieve.

Ensure daily opening & closing smoothly.

Ensure all the staffs are follow strictly the restaurant’s service guidelines and standards in the performance and delivery of all services required.

Attend to customers’ requests and demands in a courteous, timely and accurate manner.

Giving training to staff for demonstrate clear communication skills during interactions with all customers and parties.

Job Requirement:

Those who have 1 year experiences in Food and Beverage or Service Line at least.

Must be able to work 6 day shift work including weekends and public holidays

Able to converse in Mandarin is preferred (in order to interact with Mandarin speaking members, take orders and serve food and beverage.

Able to work in Non-Halal workplace.
