Assistant Manager, Credit Control (Property Management)

Reporting to the Centre Manager / Finance, the Assistant Manager, Credit Control plays a key role in ensuring effective credit control and collections. The role supports sustainable cash flow, compliance, and service excellence in line with Knight Frank’s standards and governance framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily credit control operations to ensure adherence to Knight Frank policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Prepare, review, and analyse aging reports, providing clear insights on arrears status and collection performance to management.
  • Monitor and report key credit control and collections KPIs for portfolio and management review.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and owners on billing, payment, and reconciliation matters, resolving disputes professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Engage with tenants and owners to understand payment challenges, gather feedback, and continuously improve credit control processes and service delivery.
  • Negotiate, document, and monitor structured payment plans for tenants or owners experiencing financial difficulties.
  • Develop and implement effective debt recovery strategies, including managing overdue accounts and coordinating with legal advisors when necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with Property Managers, site teams, and Finance to ensure consistent and compliant credit control practices across the portfolio.
