The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Bachelor in Logistics with relevant experience in similar roles. Qualifications
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in logistics for Diploma holders.
- At least 2-3 years of experience for Degree holders.
- Relevant certifications are preferable.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics including booking and documentation.
- Prepare and share shipping documents with customers.
- Collaborate with warehouse for loading prioritization.
- Monitor team performance through KPI reports.
- Handle urgent tasks outside normal hours when necessary.
