- Negotiate contracts and promotions with vendors.
- Coordinate with departments on inventory management.
- Communicate with line managers during planning.
- Identify growth opportunities and risks in assortment.
- Maintain relationships with vendors.
- Meet sales, margin, income, and inventory goals.
- Ensure pricing and marketing support division objectives.
