A leading beverage company seeks a Key Account Manager in Shah Alam, Selangor, to manage strategic relationships and drive business growth. You will lead annual business planning, execute trade marketing strategies, and collaborate across departments. Ideal candidates will have a diploma in business administration and at least 5 years of experience in key account management. This role requires strong negotiation and analytical skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
We’re looking to add a Key Account Manager located in Shah Alam, Selangor to support our extraordinary teams and contribute to our growth.
Own and manage strategic relationships with key accounts across MT, LKA, petrol kiosks, convenience stores, and OEM channels.
Lead annual business planning, trade marketing strategies, and sales forecasting in collaboration with retail partners and internal teams.
Ensure strong in-store execution, pricing integrity, product visibility, and promotional effectiveness aligned with brand guidelines.
Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams to support trade activities, resolve supply issues, and enhance execution at store level.
Act as the internal voice of the customer, ensuring expectations and requirements are clearly communicated and met.
Track, analyse, and report on sales performance, trade ROI, and channel profitability.
Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews, pricing proposals, promotional analyses, and strategic recommendations.
Lead pricing, contract renewal, and commercial negotiations with key retailers, OEM clients, and distributors.
Identify and pursue upsell, cross‑sell, and renewal opportunities in existing accounts.
Drive the introduction of new or trading products into stores, with a focus on long‑term growth potential.
Maintain active communication with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment, performance, and continuous improvement.
Travel locally as required to support business operations and partner relationships.
Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management or Distributor Management.
Able to use Microsoft Office applications (Power Point/Excel).
Willing to travel as required for business and partner engagements.
