Responsibilities

• Manage artwork changes, revisions, and compliance with NPRA & FSQD.

Artwork Designer & Artwork Management Executive

Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Art Design, Digital Media, Animation Design, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage artwork changes, revisions, version control, and compliance with NPRA & FSQD.
• Coordinate artwork development from concept, design brief, approval, to final release.
• Prepare, review, revise, and finalize packaging and label artworks.
• Ensure artwork accuracy, regulatory compliance, branding consistency, and visual quality.
• Maintain proper artwork documentation, approvals, and traceability.
• Release approved artworks to printers and suppliers.
• Review and approve proofs, mockups, and final layouts before mass printing.
• Coordinate packaging specifications, materials, finishing, and production readiness.
• Monitor timelines, quality, and delivery schedules to support manufacturing.
• Regulatory & Internal Coordination: Coordinate regulatory-related packaging updates and amendments with relevant internal departments.
• Work closely with QA/QC, NPD, Sales & Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Planning, and Purchasing to ensure smooth execution.
• Marketing, Branding & Website Management: Develop and coordinate marketing materials (QR codes, banners, flyers, brochures, ads).
• Coordinate product photoshoots for marketing and promotional use.
• Manage and update the company website to ensure accurate, compliant, and on-brand content.
• Maintain social media platforms (Instagram & Facebook) aligned with company branding.
• Design & General Support: Design and develop artwork from ideation to final execution.
• Handle artwork revisions in line with production and business needs.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
