Introduction:

The Risk Analyst is responsible for the operational functions relating to the management and administration of the trading servers. The position oversees all aspects of both MT4 and MT5 administration and configuration, account creation and management, balance & credit transactions, Rebate account configuration and reconciliation, Swaps and Rollover administration, and general transaction reconciliation and reporting.

Reporting to the Head of Trading Operations, this role offers the opportunity to shape the trading operations of our organization. Responsibilities include:

• Manage all aspects of MT4 and MT5 platform administration and configuration, including account creation, management, balance, and credit transactions, rebate account configuration, and reconciliation.
• Oversee swaps and rollover administration, as well as general transaction reconciliation and reporting.

• Provide analytical, transaction, and risk management support to Sales and Trading, specifically related to derivatives and securities transactions.
• Conduct global trade and position reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of derivatives flows, liquidity providers' positions, and cash reconciliation.

• Ensure accurate market configuration, account opening, and cash settlement processes.
• Resolve complex trade flow problems through an in-depth evaluation of procedures and industry standards.
• Support trade capture management, front-to-back reconciliation, operational risk identification, and settlement forecasts.

• Manage the oneZero hub, ensuring seamless operations between liquidity providers and the trading platform.
• Contribute to the integration of new trading platforms and third-party software, ensuring full operational status within existing infrastructure.
• Collaborate with API specialists to ensure smooth integration and comprehensive testing of new platforms.

• Implement strategies to maximize risk-free revenue, including optimizing trade execution, managing liquidity, and enhancing trading operations.
• Continuously assess and improve trading processes to align with revenue goals and market conditions.

• Develop new techniques related to the trade lifecycle, improving processes and workflows.
• Escalate control gaps and issues to leadership and implement solutions to mitigate risk.
• Enhance operational processes to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and improve service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Tertiary Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

Experience:

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Forex, Commodities, Metals, Bonds, or Stocks trading.
• Experience with a globally regulated broker.
• Understanding of MT4, MT5, and oneZero platforms, with ability to manage new platforms like DX.
• Strong analytical skills focused on maximizing revenue and optimizing trading processes.
