Job description

We are seeking dynamic, motivated, and driven individuals to support the critical work within our Reconciliations team.

Whether you have experience in a similar role and are looking for a new challenge, or you have recently completed a tertiary qualification with a financial services focus, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.

As an APAC Reconciliations Analyst, your primary responsibility is to ensure that clients’ investment positions recorded on our FNZ platforms match the external positions held with various providers across the Asia-Pacific region. This includes cash positions held with banking providers and stock/scrip positions maintained at registries, term deposit issuers, and sub-custodians.

Exceptions identified in reconciliation reports must be reviewed carefully, with accurate classification and timely action taken to resolve them. You will be responsible for managing these exceptions through to completion, ensuring all issues are addressed effectively and in accordance with established processes.

What are we ideally looking for in a successful candidate?
  • Tertiary qualification with experience in financial operations preferred.
  • Proficient in MSSQL, Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; ability to learn and apply new technologies.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and capability to resolve financial market and IT system issues.
  • Highly developed written and oral communication skills; confident in engaging with internal and external stakeholders; effective team player.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects, adapt to shifting priorities, and conduct research into project-related issues.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and autonomous with a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and contributing to team success.
Why should you join us?
  • Be part of a highly successful global business that is leading the delivery of financial services via cloud computing and partners.
  • Enjoy working in a start‑up team in KL with the ability to have direct input and involvement in the processes towards the expected fast growth.
  • Convenient office location in the city for commuters.
  • A competitive salary and excellent benefits, including full comprehensive Health insurance, Life insurance, annual leave, volunteer leave, sick days, referral bonuses, and more.
  • A hybrid 3+2 model combining working from the office and from home.
  • We provide global career opportunities for our employees at any of our offices in the UK, Czech Republic, Australia, New Zealand, China and more.
If this role appeals to you, please apply with your cover letter and CV by 18 December 2025.

Please note we shortlist as we receive applications. We encourage early applications as we may withdraw advertising at any time.
