2. Office Operations & Maintenance

Oversee office cleanliness, waste collection, and general upkeep.

Manage air-conditioning servicing, pest control schedules, and minor office repairs.

Arrange vehicle cleaning and servicing for MD and company cars.

3. IT & Equipment Support

Coordinate warranty claims and service center appointments for IT equipment.

4. Administrative & Event Support

Support Marketing with clinic decorations and event setups.

Assist preparations for official visits, townhall events, CSR programs, and VVIP receptions.

Prepare meeting rooms ("War Room") and ensure hospitality readiness.

Assist with filing, scanning, and administrative documentation.

Requirements

Minimum SPM or equivalent.

Must have a valid motorcycle and car license; own transport preferred.

This role involves frequent physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, and outdoor errands.

Work includes hands‑on operational tasks and regular travel between locations.

Available for overtime and on‑call support as necessary.

Basic maintenance skills required for handling minor office fixes.

Basic IT troubleshooting knowledge is an advantage.

Good communication, multitasking, and time‑management skills.

Responsible, honest, punctual, and able to work independently.

Perform any other tasks assigned by management from time to time.

Applicants must be physically fit and able to perform manual and outdoor duties.

Deposit and Delivery

Deposit daily sales collections.

Deliver company documents to government offices, authorities, lawyers, and external parties.

Purchase clinic, office, pantry, CSR, and staff‑related items.

Coordinate oxygen tank refills, zipper bag orders, and beverage powder restocking.
