Job description

Lead and conduct feasibility studies for new developments

Prepare development plans with the relevant professional consultants

Manage the submission of development plans to the relevant authorities and obtain their timely approvals with favourable conditions

Lead the project team including internal project employees, professional consultant and contractor

Manage the tender process for construction works

Provide value engineering solutions to optimise construction costs

Manage the contracts of contractors and consultants

Plan the project development and construction flow and schedule

Monitor and control property development costs and budgets

Monitor and ensure high physical construction works quality

Conduct feasibility study

Present feasibility study to BOD

Manage the project flow and ensure that time, cost and quality aspects are met

Prosesses with the right attitude, strong leadership, skills and confidence.

Passionate and committed skills, written and spoken in English and Malay.

Awareness of relevant contexts, such as business, social and environment issues.
