An Operations Assistant at ZARA focuses on the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the store running smoothly. The role supports sales by making sure stock, layout, and daily operations are efficient.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Stock and Inventory

  • Receive and process new deliveries
  • Unpack, label, and organize stock in the stockroom
  • Replenish items on the shop floor quickly and accurately
  • Help with stock counts and inventory check

2. Providing support when receiving and replenishing products

  • Receives and rolls out products at the store when required.
  • Constantly replenishes products from store to stockroom.
  • Carries out any other merchandise management processes (packing overstock, changes in the organisation of the stockroom, etc.).
  • Uses tools that are available to ensure the products are located and displayed in the store.
  • Is familiar with and uses the RFID operating system.

WHAT EQUIPS YOU FOR THE ROLE

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in retail fashion
  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in related fields
  • Knowledge of fashion and trends
  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
