Job Description
Responsibilities
  • To assist the Team Lead in carrying out operations for inbound and outbound shipments
  • Shipping document preparation for supplier management and shipping requirements to the US and other parts of the world
  • To plan, organize and communicate to carry out daily tasks
  • Enhance customer/vendor relationships and meet organizational goals
  • To carry out daily administrative work and liaise with other departments
  • To report any irregularities to the Team Lead from time to time
  • To perform any other duties as directed by the Team Lead from time to time
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in ocean freight operations
  • Excellent customer service experience and interpersonal skills required
  • Good command of written and spoken English & local language, and a pleasant and courteous personality
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Good problem‑solving skills and ability to multi‑task
  • Must be a self‑starter, able to work independently and highly motivated
