Job description
Homecare Data Analyst

The Homecare Data Analyst plays a key role in supporting Coway’s Homecare rental business, which includes products such as mattress, massage chair, and air conditioner. This role is based in Coway HQ and is responsible for monitoring and analyzing rental collection performance across all Homecare Technicians (HT).

The analyst will turn operational data into actionable insights—identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities to enhance rental recovery, service effectiveness, and overall business performance. This position does not perform direct collection work but provides strategic and data-driven recommendations to guide field teams and management.

Job Description
A. Rental Collection Monitoring & Analysis
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly rental collection performance for all HTs nationwide.
  • Ability to work with large data sets, organize, and pull out insights from the data analysis.
  • Analyze payment patterns, customer behavior, and aging trends to identify risks.
  • Monitor and highlight rental collection KPIs, such as collection rate, missed collection rate, and aging accounts.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for low rental collection performance.
B. Performance Improvement & Strategy Support
  • Work with the relevant teams to propose action plans.
  • Identify data-driven solutions to improve collection rate and reduce aging accounts.
  • Support HQ decision-making (provide ad hoc analysis as necessary) with scenario analysis and forecasting for rental recovery.
  • Support Manager performance review, internal operation plan, and improvement plan.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2–3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Strong business analysis skills, data interpretation skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost professionalism and discretion.
  • Proven experience in sales organization-related (Job scope area such as data analysis, quota setting, performance measurement, and payout calculations related), preferably in a medium to large-sized organization.
