Job summary
A global technology firm is seeking an entry-level ROC Analyst in Mexico to support risk management for enterprise clients. The role involves onboarding clients, distributing risk surveys, and conducting not only analytical tasks but also assisting in third-party remediation activities. We need recent graduates or candidates with 1-2 years' experience in information risk management, who are enthusiastic self-starters with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.
Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience desirable, preferably in information risk.
- Experience in a customer-focused environment is essential.
- Willingness to obtain industry certifications.
Responsibilities
- Onboard clients into the Prevalent platform.
- Distribute information risk surveys to third parties.
- Address client queries and provide technical support.
- Conduct analysis on survey and industry reports.
- Manage third-party risk remediation activities.
