This is a remote position based in Mexico, requiring fluency in English.

About the Role

Executive Program Manager for the Office of the CTO. You will work closely with the Co‑founder/CTO and his leadership team to align, action, guide, and measure key initiatives focused on our Engineering, Product, and Security organizations.

Similar to a Chief of Staff role, your work will have a clear impact on the success and growth of JumpCloud, engaging directly with senior leadership, board members, and external stakeholders, acting as a representative of our CTO in your communications and actions.

What you will be doing
  • Manage specific programs within our corporate objectives, including key metric reporting & insights, and other cross‑functional initiatives that require Founder‑level visibility.
  • Manage the collection and reporting of key objectives to drive alignment and transparency.
  • Program Management for the Engineering organization—defining goals, bringing together teams, ensuring execution, and reporting on results.
  • Help set up, build the agenda for, and manage a regular cadence for the CTO to have customer and partner calls, capturing and following up on action items from these meetings.
  • M&A operations—driving the organization, communication, and program flow related to Mergers & Acquisitions.
  • Facilitate an ongoing CTO outreach to the organization via round‑table sessions and skip‑level 1:1s, prompting key topics for discussion, capturing employee sentiments, and following up on action items or opportunities identified.
  • Drive the cross‑functional preparation for our Senior leadership meetings, managing the agenda and materials.
  • Liaise with program management across the organization on cross‑functional objectives.

This role is remote in Mexico. You must be located in and authorized to work in Mexico to be considered for this role.
