This is a hands‑on leadership role suited for a technically strong engineer with proven experience in startups, a passion for customer engagement, and the ability to mentor and inspire teams while managing execution in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
Lead, mentor, and grow a regional team of engineers and customer success professionals to deliver high‑quality technical outcomes.
Serve as the regional face of Decklar, conducting demos, technical presentations, and onsite solution deployments with key customers.
Act as the local escalation point for technical and operational challenges.
Work closely with global product and engineering teams to relay customer insights, drive feature improvements, and ensure alignment with roadmap goals.
Oversee local delivery operations, project execution, and quality assurance; represent Decklar in regional forums, customer meetings, and business reviews.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Computer Science, or related field).
Master's degree preferred.
~7–10 years of experience in technical or engineering leadership roles, preferably in IoT, SaaS, or industrial technology sectors.
~ Demonstrated success collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver customer outcomes.
~ Fluent in English and Spanish.
