Key job responsibilities

1. Drive program performance through comprehensive analysis of operational metrics and KPIs.
2. Lead deep-dive investigations into program challenges and opportunities.
3. Design, propose, and implement strategies to optimize the Easy Ship program.
4. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure program alignment and success.
5. Identify and execute improvement initiatives to enhance seller and customer experience.
6. Manage and streamline the escalation process by establishing clear protocols, filtering critical issues, and ensuring timely resolution of high-priority matters requiring leadership attention.
7. Analyze program health metrics.

A day in the life

As the Easy Ship Program Manager, you'll be at the heart of our logistics operations, driving excellence through data-driven decisions and strategic improvements. Your day will involve reviewing operational dashboards, conducting deep-dive analyses, and managing critical escalations. You'll coordinate with multiple stakeholders while serving as the key liaison between operations and leadership. From analyzing seller performance data to leading improvement workshops, you'll blend analytical thinking with practical problem-solving to drive program success.

Minimum qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• 3+ years of experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
• Bachelor's degree
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
• 3+ years of experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience building processes, project management, and scheduling
